The year 2026 marks a strategic turning point for us. Following the extensive changes to the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG), we have responsibly and in full compliance removed our entire affected product range from the market. All remaining stock has been completely sold out or properly disposed of, allowing us to move forward with maximum regulatory alignment.
Focus 2026: Building a new, fully legal product portfolio
We are currently in the preparation phase for our new product portfolio. The actual build-out of the new, fully legal assortment will likely begin in the new year. Our ambition is to offer products that are not only compliant but also aligned with our vision of quality, transparency and customer value.
The new products will have no connection to any previously NpSG-relevant substances. Over the coming weeks, we will publish several news updates providing detailed insights into the upcoming portfolio and giving our customers clear orientation.
Our commitment remains unchanged: maximum safety, full transparency and a reliable customer dialogue.
Important notice: Holiday break and limited support until the new year
Until we are able to launch our new products in 2026, our team will be on holiday break. During this period, our customer support will be significantly limited. We kindly ask for your understanding should responses take longer than usual.
At the same time, we will use this quiet period to implement key optimisations across our website and online shop. Our goal is to introduce a fundamentally improved Shop Version 3.0 sometime in 2026. This target is still in planning, but we are optimistic about further modernising and future-proofing the platform.
